  3. The Administrator processes your personal data on base applicable legal regulations, concluded contracts and given consent.
  4. Personal data shall be processing for: a) Article 6 p. 1 a) person, whose data refers to, declare the consent of processing personal data in single or many specified purposes; b) Article 6 p. 1 b) the processing is essential to perform a contract, the part of which is a person who data refers to; c) Article 6 p. 1 c) the processing is essential to perform a legal obligation by the Administrator.

In connection with processing personal data referred in point 4 the recipients of your personal data shall be public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities or other entities, that process personal data on the basis of relevant agreements in the Administrator’s data set.
  6. Your personal data shall be processed for the necessary period to perform the purposes specified in point 4, after this time for the period and in required scope by provisions of generally applicable law.

In connection with processing your personal data you have the following rights: the right to access personal data, the right to share data, the right to correct data – in case the data are incorrect or incomplete, the right to demand deletion personal data (the right to be forgoten), the right to demand to limit its processing, the right to objection for processing personal data.

In case the processing of personal data is preformed on based on consent of person this data refers to (article 6 clauses 1 letter a RODO), you have the right to withdraw consent at any moment regardless of the conformity with the data processing legislation which was carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
