Production Capabilities in CNC Glass Processing

CNC machining centers are used for comprehensive glass processing; the primary operations include:

  • Cutting shapes and creating irregular forms
  • Edge grinding
  • Drilling holes
  • Creating large cutouts and internal holes, including irregular shapes.

The advantages of glass processed at these stations include high precision, shape repeatability assurance in serial production, and high-quality finishing. CNC centers handle both small and large-sized glass pieces, from single items to small series, and even large-scale production.

At the CNC machining center, we execute projects using files with pre-designed shapes created in various CAD programs. The quality of glass pieces produced on numerically controlled machines depends on the quality of the files created in CAD programs (e.g., DXF, DWG).
